Terms & Conditions — G2 Go Games

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using G2 Go Games’ services (the “Services”) or visiting our facilities (the “Facility”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” – refers to G2 Go Games.
“You”, “User”, “Customer” – refers to the person using our Services or booking our Facility.
“Booking” – means a reservation for a facility, game session, coaching, event, or other service.
“Facility” – includes all physical premises, courts, gaming areas, turf, café, etc.
“Services” – include all offerings provided by G2 Go Games, including games, court rentals, events, and online bookings.
 

2. Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be of legal age to book or participate, or have parental/guardian consent if a minor.

  • You agree to provide accurate and current contact, identity, and payment details.

  • We may refuse or cancel any booking if fraudulent or improper activity is suspected.
     

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

  • Bookings can be made through our website, in person, on our vendor booking portals, or by contacting us directly.

  • We accept payments via PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay (GPay), Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, or through our secure website payment gateway.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must comply with our cancellation policy (e.g., minimum 24 hours’ notice).

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime. Refunds are not typically provided for lost time due to late arrival.

  • “No-shows” or cancellations beyond the permitted window will result in forfeiture of payment.
     

4. Facility Use & Code of Conduct

  • You must follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety protocols.

  • Proper footwear (non-marking shoes, no metal studs) is mandatory in applicable areas.

  • You agree to handle equipment responsibly and compensate for any damage or loss.

  • Unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior will lead to immediate removal from the facility.

  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on premises.
     

5. Liability & Indemnification

  • Use of our facility is at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage unless caused by our gross negligence.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold G2 Go Games harmless from any claims arising from your actions or breach of these Terms.
     

6. Health & Safety

  • You are responsible for ensuring your fitness to participate in any sport or game.

  • G2 Go Games will not be responsible for injuries or health issues arising during or after gameplay.

  • You must follow hygiene and safety measures prescribed by staff.
     

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, images, content, and materials on our website or in our marketing are the property of G2 Go Games.

  • You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute them without written permission.
     

8. Privacy & Data

  • We collect and process certain personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our website or services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.
     

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be available on our website.

  • Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the latest version.
     

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Karnataka.

  • Any dispute will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, it shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
